He is misguided and cannot find his way. Would you say to such a one – ‘I’m sorry. I cannot help you. First, I must get approval of all I would like to do’?”

“I tell you, the heart of the world is this wayfarer. The heart of the world is starving for the Truth. The heart of the world is misguided and cannot find its way back to righteousness or forward to reconciliation with God. The heart of the world is critically wounded by error.”

“You hold the road map, the soothing balm for every wound, and the sustenance in the face of salvation for the heart of the world. It is Holy Love. Most specifically it is the Chambers of the United Hearts. * Do not wait for approvals to minister to the needs of the heart of the world. Do not stand on the side of the road as this wayfarer passes by; and do nothing. Minister to the tormented heart of the world by applying the balm of Holy Love.”
