Today I have come to give the world some meditations as they approach the Divine Presence in the sacrament of the Holy Eucharist.”“Imagine, if you will, Anna and Simeon in the temple awaiting the arrival of their Messiah. In their hearts they recognized His Divine Presence, as the young Mary carried Him into the temple. When you are about to receive Him–Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity–ask for the same grace–that you will recognize His Presence.” “Imagine the joy of the Wise Men and the shepherds when they came upon their Savior after following the star. Let grace be the ‘star’ that leads you to discover Jesus in the tabernacle.” “Imagine Blessed Mother’s joy after searching for Her Son for three days when She comes upon Him speaking in the temple. Imagine Her love and exaltation as He placed His youthful Hand in Hers.” “Imagine John the Baptist in the womb of his mother–who, upon just hearing Mary’s greeting as She approached–was sanctified.” “Finally, imagine Blessed Mother’s joy as She was reunited with Her Beloved Son after He rose from the dead.” “Never receive the Holy Eucharist matter-of-factly. Approach Him with love and longing in your heart. It is at communion the Lord finds rest in the temple of your heart.” |

Hoy he venido a dar al mundo algunas meditaciones mientras se acercan a la Divina Presencia en el sacramento de la Sagrada Eucaristía”.“Imagínense, si quieren, a Ana y Simeón en el templo esperando la llegada de su Mesías. En sus corazones reconocieron Su Divina Presencia, mientras la joven María lo llevaba al templo. Cuando estén a punto de recibirlo -Cuerpo, Sangre, Alma y Divinidad- pidan la misma gracia: reconocerán Su Presencia”. “Imagínense la alegría de los Reyes Magos y los pastores cuando encontraron a su Salvador después de seguir la estrella. Que la gracia sea la ‘estrella’ que los lleve a descubrir a Jesús en el sagrario”. “Imaginen la alegría de la Santísima Madre después de buscar a su Hijo durante tres días, cuando lo encuentra hablando en el templo. Imaginen su amor y exaltación cuando Él colocó su joven mano en la de ella”. “Imaginen a Juan el Bautista en el vientre de su madre, quien, al oír el saludo de María cuando se acercaba, fue santificado”. “Finalmente, imaginen la alegría de la Santísima Madre cuando se reunió con su Amado Hijo después de que resucitó de entre los muertos”. “Nunca reciban la Sagrada Eucaristía con naturalidad. Acérquense a Él con amor y anhelo en su corazón. Es en la comunión que el Señor encuentra descanso en el templo de su corazón”. |
