The salvation of souls is always the cooperation of the free will with grace (La salvación de las almas es siempre la cooperación de la libre voluntad con la gracia)

“Yesterday, My Mother addressed the difficulties within the ranks of Bishops – a subject pressing on My Mournful Heart. The Bishop’s job is the salvation of his flock – a grave responsibility. I cannot hold them above reproach, as has been an acceptable practice in the world. I must speak My piece.”

“The salvation of souls is always the cooperation of the free will with grace. Therefore, no Bishop should stand in the way of this. He is obliged to encourage grace. He must generously offer the sacraments as ‘food’ for the journey. If he is fortunate enough to have an apparition site in his diocese, he has the grave responsibility of encouraging openness to what Heaven offers. The Bishop must never proceed with a trumped-up investigation with the sole purpose of issuing a negative review. He is cooperating with untruth in doing so, and is responsible for all the graces left unattended, all the prayers left unsaid and all the souls lost as a result of his actions.”

“This has happened so often around the world but most pointedly here at Holy Love. People are discouraged in participating in Heaven’s intervention here and partaking of the graces offered. This is clearly an abuse of authority and a compromise of Truth.”

“But I encourage the continuation of this Mission which has become so important to so many. I urge your cooperation with the graces offered, all of which lead to your salvation. I call you to pray for this Bishop (Richard Lennon, bishop of Cleveland) and all others, for vocation and rank do not guarantee salvation.”

“At no other site and through no other messenger have I spoken thus. The fact remains souls are at stake. I cannot remain silent any longer.”

Listen therefore, O kings, and understand; learn, O judges of the ends of the earth. Give ear, you that rule over multitudes, and boast of many nations. For your dominion was given you from the Lord, and your sovereignty from the Most High, who will search out your works and inquire into your plans. Because as servants of His Kingdom you did not rule rightly, nor keep the Law, nor walk according to the purpose of God, He will come upon you terribly and swiftly, because severe judgment falls on those in high places. For the lowliest man may be pardoned in mercy, but mighty men will be mightily tested. For the Lord of all will not stand in awe of any one, nor show deference to greatness; because He Himself made both small and great, and He takes thought for all alike. But a strict inquiry is in store for the mighty. To you then, O monarchs, my words are directed, that you may learn wisdom and not transgress. For they will be made holy who observe holy things in holiness, and those who have been taught them will find a defense. Therefore set your desire on my words; long for them, and you will be instructed.

“La salvación de las almas es siempre la cooperación de la libre voluntad con la gracia. Por lo tanto, ningún obispo debería impedir esto. El obispo está obligado a alentar la gracia. Debe ofrecer los Sacramentos sin restricciones como ‘alimento’ para el viaje. Deseen, entonces, mis palabras; búsquenlas ardientemente, y serán instruidos.
