Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says: “The way to deeper holiness is the way of selflessness. Selfishness is the greatest obstacle to coming deeper into My Divine Will – My Paternal Heart. The best sacrifice is the one that does not take into account cost to self.”“When you contemplate My Son’s* Passion and Death, you can find no inclination towards concern for His personal cost – all was given for the salvation of souls. This is how the Saints lived.”“Selflessness takes you deeper into meditation and prayer. It is the gateway to sanctification. Self-concern is like a fog that settles over the heart – clouding the path of Truth and holiness.”

“Place self-concerns last as you contemplate your day – its problems and its possible victories. I will lift you high above worldly solutions and worldly affections.”

So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any incentive of love, any participation in the Spirit, any affection and sympathy, complete my joy by being of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. Do nothing from selfishness or conceit, but in humility count others better than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Nuevamente veo una gran llama que he llegado a reconocer como el Corazón de Dios Padre. Dice: “El camino hacia una santidad más profunda es el camino de la abnegación. El mejor sacrificio es el que no toma en consideración el costo para sí mismo.”“Cuando contemplen la Pasión y Muerte de Mi Hijo, no podrán encontrar ninguna inclinación a la preocupación por Su costo personal; todo se entregó por la salvación de las almas. Así es como vivieron los santos.”“La abnegación los ayuda a profundizar más en la meditación y en la oración. Es el acceso a la santificación. La preocupación personal es como una niebla que se asienta en el corazón, nublando el sendero de la verdad y de la santidad.”

“Mientras examinan su día, pongan en último lugar las preocupaciones personales; sus problemas y sus posibles victorias. Yo los elevaré por encima de las soluciones mundanas y los afectos mundanos.”

Si la exhortación en nombre de Cristo tiene algún valor, si algo vale el consuelo que brota del amor o la comunión en el Espíritu, o la ternura y la compasión, les ruego que hagan perfecta mi alegría, permaneciendo bien unidos. Tengan un mismo amor, un mismo corazón, un mismo pensamiento. No hagan nada por rivalidad o vanagloria, y que la humildad los lleve a estimar a los otros como superiores a ustedes mismos. Que cada uno busque no solamente su propio interés, sino también el de los demás.
