Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says: “The challenge in working with many people is there is sometimes personality conflicts. This is when the depth of personal holiness is put to the test. Many difficulties can be avoided by choosing cooperative people to work with at the outset. Sometimes this does not show itself for what it is until time wears on. The sooner difficulties can be worked out, the better.”“In the Ministry,* I give all people a chance. However, they must be open to personal holiness and the direction of the Messages.** The sooner the resistance of the soul to change is noted, the better. Humility is the basic value which works towards harmony in a group. This needs to be the grease that moves the ‘machine’ of the Ministry forward. Nuevamente veo una gran llama que he llegado a reconocer como el Corazón de Dios Padre. Dice: “El reto al trabajar con mucha gente aquí es que a veces hay conflictos de carácter. Aquí es cuando la profundidad de la santidad personal se pone a prueba. Se pueden evitar muchas dificultades eligiendo personas que cooperen en el trabajo desde el inicio. A veces esto no se muestra tal cual sino hasta que pasa el tiempo. Mientras más pronto se arreglen las dificultades, mejor.”“En el Ministerio, Yo le doy una oportunidad a todas las personas. Sin embargo, ellos tienen que estar abiertos a la santidad personal y a ser dirigidos por los mensajes. Mientras más pronto se note la resistencia del alma a cambiar, mejor. En un grupo, la humildad es el valor básico que colabora a que haya armonía. Esto necesita ser el lubricante que haga que avance la ‘maquinaria’ del Ministerio. Sin humidad, ni siquiera una desviación será de ayuda.”“El sendero por el que la santidad personal guía a cada alma a veces esta lleno de baches y obstáculos. Vean esto como pruebas que revelan la profundidad de su humildad para superar las pruebas de Satanás.”
